Geoff Kinsella, partner at EzSales has worked with several businesses in this way. His two roles before starting EzSales demonstrate his ability to implement a strategic plan, re-focus the business on revenue growth and steer the business to a successful outcome.
In 2008/2009 he took over the running of a business that had lost upwards of a seven figure sum in the previous 18 months of trading. He turned the business around and when he left 12 months later the business was trading at break- even point.
From 2009 to 2011 he ran a successful business that had been operating for 10 years. Through re-organisation and the implementation of a sustainable strategic plan the business went from a 4% net loss to trading at 7% net profit in 12 months.

Sue Palmer, partner at EzSales, has provided sales and marketing consultancy services to many businesses over the past 11 years. She has experience working with both SME’s and in large multi-national organisations. Sue has experience in preparing marketing feasibility studies for new businesses, devising strategic sales and marketing plans and using her commercial and professional experience to help businesses to develop a brand identity.
